Ordering:   Please email me to discuss any item(s) you wish to order.  Likewise, should you prefer to speak in person, you may phone me in Montreal at 450-458-2828 (EST)...I'd love to chat with you to discuss any details, questions, proper fitting concerns, measurements, pricing...As well as anything doggy! ;-) (Please phone if possible during business hours: Mon. through Fri.  9:00am~5:00pm). Design-Time:  In-stock orders will be processed within approximately 2-4 business days. Custom orders require 2-4 weeks for design, manufacturing, preparation and handling; its timeframe dependent upon both order-size and busy periods.  There are occasions where small custom orders are processed in much less time.  Posh Pawz will be happy to provide an approximate shipping time at the time of your order.

Gift Certificates:  Can't decide on that perfect gift for a four-legged friend?  No worries, Posh Pawz offers gift certificates by email...fast and convenient.  Doesn't your discriminating friend deserve the gift of Posh Pawz? Feel free to inquire today!

Payment:  All orders are shipped pre-paid by Visa, Personal Check, or International Money Order. In some instances Wire-Transfers and Paypal may be approved for use.  Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. COD shipments are not available. A $25.00 US fee will be applied to all N.S.F. (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks.

Shipping:  Items are shipped by Canada Post or Purolator depending on the shipment’s size and destination. Shipping charges are determined by the actual shipping fee, insurance fees, and applicable handling fees.

Charity Donations:  Posh Pawz is delighted to give back to the dog community...and prides itself on donating it's exclusive items up for auction, for various Charitable Dog Rescue Organizations as well as CKC and AKC National Specialty Events throughout the year. 

Posh Pawz donates several thousand dollars annually to dog breed events and rescue organizations. but obviously cannot donate to each and every request.  Please understand, however, Posh Pawz will always put it's customers' groups and organizations as priority; along with those organizations choosing to link to www.poshpawz.com from their organization's website.

Please direct your personalized letters to me, understanding that bulk mailings or mailings not personally addressed to myself, will be discarded as spam.  There are too many worthy organizations out there, vying for donations...please make an effort to take the time to know the person and company from whom your are requesting a donation.

Measuring for Custom Orders:  Posh Pawz is pleased to take your custom orders and as such requires you to take measurements of your dog.  Please go to the “How to Measure your Posh Pup” page and use the instructions and diagrams to help you.  Posh Pawz requires the exact dog’s body measure, so please do not add any extra to your measurements.  Saying “I’m not really good at measuring” isn’t a disclaimer. Posh Pawz will be happy to assist you in any way possible, so please feel free to phone or email for assistance with your measuring if needed.

*If you absolutely must cancel a Custom Order:  Life happens...we know...but we must make you aware that you are responsible for all costs associated with your custom order to the point of its cancellation (which may be equal to the total amount paid for the item)...all processing, designing and manufacturing costs that are a result of your order, and any other charges which may have already accrued.  Most orders from Posh Pawz are “Custom Orders" as Posh Pawz does not typically carry inventory.

Return Policy:  If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Posh Pawz immediately upon its receipt. Except in the rare case of manufacturing defect, Custom orders are absolutely non-returnable.

Prior to returning/exchanging any item, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Posh Pawz within 15 days from the order’s original shipping date and Posh Pawz will provide a replacement item or in-house credit.  Returning items must remain in original condition, unused, and have all original tags attached.   

Privacy Policy:  Posh Pawz collects customer information in an effort to facilitate your order and to communicate with you about our latest products, special announcements and promotions.  Posh Pawz will not give, rent nor sell your e-mail address or personal information for any reason. Your credit card information is never shared with third parties except for the purpose of processing payments for the products you have ordered and as required by law.

Guarantee:  Posh Pawz  guarantees its products against flaws in stitching and craftsmanship. Wear of decorative trimming, materials and lining, i.e. snags, pulls, etc. and the loss of set crystals, brooches and adornments are considered part of normal use and as such cannot be guaranteed.  Dogs scratch, chew, claw, pull, play and gnaw and as such, Posh Pawz cannot guarantee its products against any of these factors.  Only the customer can determine the appropriateness of a particular item for his/her pet. If your dog is hard on his/her collars or clothing, please inquire about which trims/fabrics would be best suited to his/her needs. 

*It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check any dog product for its eventual wear and tear.  Always make sure to adjust collars properly before attaching a lead; particularly for sighthounds, making sure they can’t back out of their collars.  Check stitching at stress points of collars and leashes, check leash clasps to assure they close snuggly and never use a collar or leash showing signs of frayed webbing (the structural material beneath the decorative trimming).
